don gave me a box of these ThermaCare Theraputic HeatWraps things last night. they're these pads you wrap around your lower back, that release all kinds of heat. much better than a heating pad, because it doesn't get too hot. it's got these...black pad thingies within the pad that start to warm up whenthey're exposed to air.

anyway, it's supposed to give 8 hours of heat. i put this puppy on before i went to bed last night around 2, and now it's 11 and it's still very very warm.
