why today has rocked

today has rocked because i got out of the house. i went with my good friend jeremy down to tucson's little shopping district so that we might search for the necessary parts of his halloween costume. jeremy is going to be The Dude from the big lebowski. our other friends are going to dress up as the other characters. we had to search for a wig and a robe. we did not find either down on the ave, but we did discover a nifty little smoke shop that made me really wish i had $400 to spend on a bong.

for tobacco use only, of course.

then we went to savers. a nice big thrift store that jeremy frequents where he takes pride in finding shirts for 99 cents that say weird things like...well i can't think of an example right now. here we found a wig and a robe. $11 later, the halloween costume was complete.

next we drove from restaurant to restaurant so that he might pick up applications for a second job.

i finally came home and just finished booking my flight to seattle for 2 weeks. i'm going home. i cannot wait. i can't believe i'm actually going. and i'm going to go to vancouver and see jack. and i'm going to see him in seattle as well. and i'm going to dance a lot. and if i don't get tickets for the dave solo show, i'll go to see the string cheese incident in tacoma. and if i get tickets for the dave solo show, i'll probably cream myself twelve times and officially end my run in seattle the right way. and huffy will be there. and that will make me very very happy.

and i'll come home just in time to see all the boys dressed up at a halloween party.
