wow.

that was the most homework i've done in one night since...since...since...

fuck. i don't think i've ever done that much homework in one night. i mean, it wasn't like one big paper. it was time consuming busy work from every class.

and i won't even go into how fucking ridiculous it is that i have to get my reading assignments for one class off the web. because it crashes my computer. it crashes everyone in the class's computer. i fucking HATE polis. i hate the fact that the prof requires that we print out every fucking reading and bring it to class. i hate the fact that we have 2 text books for that class, and if i were to go to the library toprint this shit, it'd cost me another hundred bucks. i hate the fact that that's really what i'm going to have to do because no one i know has a computer that DOESN'T crash when you pull up polis on it. i hate the fact that i spent 7 hours trying to print this shit and got 3 pages. i hate the fact that i ended up having to read 20 pages online in tiny font, and that i had to restart my computer 6 times because fucking polis kept...yeah, you guessed it...MAKINGMY COMPUTER CRASH.

but you know what?

i got a lot done.

and i kept my cool.

and now i'm wired as all hell and needing to go to bed.

but i now know all about ethnic violence in south africa and uganda, the downward mobility of mexicans in different economic sectors in the southwest at the end of the 19th century, what a "depth first parser" is and how the mental parser aids in language comprehension AND what the fuck happened to matildita y arturo despues de su mama escribio la carta a su esposo.

and oh, no. i'm not done yet. i still get to go read all about costa rica and do reading preparation excersizes that are sure to thrill and excite.
