random thought: when i try to visualize a person's face, it's very rare that i can do it. i guess i just don't have a visually-oriented mind or something. no to say that i don't know what my friends look like, i just can't visualize their features well in my mind's eye or whatever.

once in a blue moon, i meet someone who's face sticks in my mind perfectly. i can see it clearly - the way the light was hitting their face at a given moment in time, their expression...

i love it when that happens.
