so i'm putzing around online, downloading random things and watching things i've wanted to watch for forever. and i go to johnmayer.com and watch the "inside the square" video.

but that's besides the point. i really liked it. i mean...in some ways, it is so overly produced and aimed at creating a specific persona for him. but in other ways...the qualities of the music that i love so much really shine through. and that makes me happy.

and...the fan interviews cracked me up. "i drove THREE HOURS! to see john mayer!" heh. that's quality.

i'm really excited to see those shows in just over a week. like really really excited. i do believe there'll be some schoolgirl-esque giggling involved. and luckily the portland show is first, so it's GA and i can pretend like nothing has changed.
