jane works at beyond bread, and is always reaping the benefits in the form of goodies she takes home. sunday when we were making dinner, she gave me a huge chunk(loaf? round? what do you call them?) of focaccia. so today i made a KILLER sandwich for lunch. focaccia...smoked turkey, swiss, lettuce, cucumbers and balsalmic vinaigrette, because i seem to be obsessed with that stuff.
