so there's a little group of kids playing outside my door. causing quite a rukus, running up and down the stairs - quite clearly having a good time. i've just been ignoring them, but then i heard one of the little 5 year olds start singing at the top of her lungs:

"vacation all i ever wanted..."

made me giggle.
